Doesn't work
I just received it today, and it does not copy my disks. Also, the instructions are not very helpful. They are too short and in bad English. It says "insert the master CD/DVD media into the 1st drive tray". It doesn't say which one is the first drive tray, top or bottom! Also it does not say anything about what type of media to use.

I am just trying to copy a disk that I burned on my standalone Panasonic DVD recorder, not a copyrighted disk.

I'm wondering if I am using a brand it doesn't like or something, but I have no idea. I really don't want to have to buy different brands to see if one works better.

There is no instruction booklet or customer service number to call, just one sheet of paper.

I am using a Maxell DVD-R disk, so if anyone has any suggestions, let me know. Thanks!

Quick and reliable
Great unit and very simple to use. I've burned about 60 DVDs so far and not had any problems.

Product Support
The Duplicator works great...no problems. However, I've tried to contact their product support to find out what the phono jacks are for on the back of the unit, but have been unable to do so.

Their documentation (Manual) is rather lacking in information.

WOW! ! !
After reading the other reviews I was sold. When it arrived I read the instructions and first attempt it worked and has flawlessly since.

bare bones copier
Turn it on, insert master and target and this copier goes to work. No display, no controls. But, in making dozens of copies i have had no failures. It is quite fast, although i don't know at what speed it copies. When done the target disc appears; you can add another blank for multiple copies or move on to the next task. It will copy dvds but not of course those with copyprotect in place.
